You can soak it for about 10 minutes if you like softer rice!<br/><br/>2-Add salt and oil to the taste.<br/><br/>3-Add water or broth up to level 2 which is indicated inside the rice cooker pot. If you like more soft rice add a little more water or broth.<br/><br/>4-Cover and plug the electrical wire and click on the cook button and walk away.<br/><br/>5-The rice will be ready when the warm button light up.
