The air was just crackling with excitement as all over Cebu City, green and yellow government buses picked up students of all ages, shapes and sizes from different colleges and universities.nnOver at the South Road Properties, the buses converged as thousands of students poured out to experience the happiest and biggest college festival to hit Cebu City. 15 schools. 7 band
