Col.lección is the thesis project of the former student Lina Giraldo (Colombia).nnInspired by the creations of the Restaurante Gresca in Barcelona, I designed these UHPC concrete surfaces for plates to be used for taster menus. This material is very durable, due to its resistance to impacts and its ruggedness.
